Got this to work as a touch screen for Apple devices! You have to go through a third party app called UPDD. This software will give you gesture controls that will allow you to map multi-finger touches and gestures to features natively found in OSX. It even comes with calibration software, which you will need.

Will this work in the USB port of an android tv box?

Yes, you just directly plug the USB in your android tv box.
