We loved the train
The media could not be loaded. It was beyond our expectation so neat intricate details, steam coming out, extra signs and trees but the tiny houses my kids added it .So aligned track. Batteries chargeable was included, amazing all in our family loved it. We give Christmas gift to our son.Thank you

hard to charge
Nice set for under the tree. Engine has three sets of wheels - difficult to place on circular track. Must unscrew battery compartment to plug in battery to charge. No instructions for how to get steam to work other than adding water. Remote doesn't access unless the train is right in front of it, not on the other side of the tree. other than that it's as good as any!!

Two thumbs down
Train does not create steam and charger is missing. Attempted to return but we bought it during Prime Day and didn’t open until decorating for Christmas so we are beyond the allowable return period.

We were happy to finally find a train set to use around our Christmas tree, we are limited in the amount of space we have so we needed something fairly small in diameter which this set fits perfectly. The sound on the train is very loud, so we placed some tape over the speaker on the bottom of the train which makes it more tolerable. The train was supposed to have smoke but ours didn't work, I'm not sure if this is because the battery wasn't fully charged or not but we let the train run for a least 5 minutes and no smoke. We contemplated returning the set but decided that smoke or no smoke all other aspects of the train work so it serves it's purpose as a decoration under our tree which will only get used a couple of times during the Christmas holidays when we have family over and I'm sure none of them will know that there is supposed to be smoke coming out of the train.

Not staying on the tracks. Hard to hear the horn not much smoke. charging the battery didn't help.
Remote control works great the track isn't sturdy but was easy to assemble. Well have to see how well it works on Christmas Day. After charging tge battery for 4hrs and 8 hrs the battery stays don't last 45 minutes. It's such a cute train set
