At first it’s a bit stiff but then after few use it’s ok. Good for home exercise when you can’t go out for a walk.You can use it anywhere in the house . Won’t get in your way. I like it.

I like the fact it shows steps and calories . This product if not too sturdy , but one can manage .Wish there were at least 2 resistance levels.

Good quality, my favourite fitness helper now, easy to hide in the living room and jump on it for a quick workout. It requires a lot of weight to work on it, so I personally cannot do it while seating (although that was my intention) but am happy with now anyway, as it gives me a good workout especially combined with body movement and some additional weights in my hands.Highly recommended.

Easy to use even for a 70 yr old

these steps are very sturdy and just the right tension for me. I wanted an 'up and down' set of steps (not side to side') in order to build up some muscle tone in legs and particularly around my knees (problem with arthritis and my surgeon said the best thing was to strengthen the surrounding area). I leave them in the scullery and every time I go to the back door I make myself use them - started off on 50 steps, now up to 100. Great item.

Useful for exercise, but it is bulky and hard to move around. It's hard to get used to because you have to put a lot of pressure on to get it moving, and the steps are also slippy. It also bangs loudly if you step too hard.

Within the first 1000 steps on the stepper. The foot plate came off. Leaving oil all over my floor.The stepper go hot to touch.The foot plate is coming off after every use. And the quality is just appalling. Would not recommend.Tried to get in touch with customer service and they didn’t want to know.Nice to know people can take the money but not so quick to help you out.
