The media could not be loaded. It’s a used piece and ON/OFF button is struck and to my surprise piece of cloth is also attached and used Battary also there inside.I know Battary don’t come with this item but I hav got batteries. How come Amazon team so care less don’t even check items b4 sending.it’s used,stuck and it’s not in working condition.seriously u guys wasted my time and hope on Amazon QC team… so sad
