Missing is most important what is the amperage rating ?

1st I dont know what the manufacturer rating is. I used these in a portable power pack that I made to charge Lipo batteries gor my RC hobby. My charger can charge at 10 amps. These have not had any issue in this application. My entire system is protected by a 20amp CB. Hope this helps.

It's supplied with a 10 amp fuse, so it's rated at 10 amps I'd say.

Is there an oversized plug to fit these sockets so they are not so loose?

I do not an oversize available. I have these installed on 2 riding mowers with no problems of connector falling out of socket or loosing contact.

What size hole will i need?

1 1/8" is a snug fit. Since a mounting panel is included, you can drill out to 1 1/4".

Works well but rusty screws

Works well, not the best quality as you can imagine.. especially that screws became rusty after 10 days

Not recommended. Low Amp power output.

Not suitable for 12v items with above 5a draw such as 12v car fridges. The socket comes with a 10a fuse but the socket itself will cut power to any device that draws more than 5a. Not ideal if your dometic fridge or other brand has a 7a draw when the compressor turns on.
