My husband has Bronchiectasis and often suffers from a build up of mucus in his lungs. His usual way of dealing with it was to lie on his side to drain some fluid away and clear it out.When I bought this device, we were unsure as to how effective it would be, having never used anything of it's kind before.We were not disappointed !Since using it, hubby has been able to breathe more fully and feels better for it.He uses the device most mornings before getting up and it is becoming a routine which is not unpleasant and seems to be helping enormously.The mouthpiece is easily detached from the device for cleaning and the little bag provided makes it easy to store handily in a drawer.We were so impressed with the device we have purchased another for my elderly father too.Compared to others on the market, this little device is competitively priced and well worth the money !

Had a chest infection recently. Made my asthma worse too.This helps increase lung volume, peak flow and brings up mucus by the flutter action.

I bought this as a more affordable alternative to some of the big name brands, as I was not persuaded that this might be the answer to my needs. The good news is that it seems well-made, and the ball-bearings are nice and heavy.In use, it is actually not that easy to get the angle and air-pressure right - you have to keep experimenting and practicing. It certainly does 'something' when you get things right, you can feel it in your airways. I am just not entirely convinced that the thing it does is actually making a difference. Also, it seems to need rinsing quite often.Anyway, I shall persevere. Because perseverance is good, right?

I initially purchased this product for an asthmatic child, to train and exercise his lungs. The second I bought for myself after becoming ill with community acquired pneumonia. After a few weeks of use my lungs were back to normal. Great simple product. Easy to use, carry and clean. Highly recommend.

What a simple, yet wonderful idea.It works, feel better for using it.

I have been using this product to help with my asthma, after getting the flu last year I found that my breathing was a lot harder to control. Using this product daily has helped clear my lungs when I have cold-like symptoms and I also use it as a kind of meditation practice which has helped me regulate my breathing.It does what it says and feels like lots of little coughs as you breathe out & Helps bring up phlegm.I like that it has 2 sizes of ball bearings so I can work up to the larger one if needed, it's easy to wash.Takes a little practice getting the angle right but this also helps you to adopt a good posture.

My father was recommended this by someone he met at physio unfortunately it didn’t work for him.Was obviously working for the guy that recommended it so can only put it down to everyone’s bodies being different, i don’t know.All i know is it didn’t help my father, thanks anyway.

I bought this thinking it might help with post cold phlegm etc but it didn’t really help me. I think it is probably intended for more severe respiratory issues so I can’t complain really.When you get it right it, which takes a little finesse, you do feel it rattling your whole chest so I can imagine it helping some people with severe issues. For me though I just got really light headed from breathing too much. I didn’t find the flow adjustment on the top useful at all.

Da ich an Copd leider ist mir jede Hilfe recht.Aber mit diesem kleinen handlichen Gerät ist es sehr vorteilhaft.Wenn die Luft eng wird greife ich schnell zu diesem Teil.Kann ich nur sehr gut empfehlen an alle meine Leidensgenossen.Auch mein Arzt beurteilt dieses Produkt als sehr hilfreich.

Premetto che non può sostituire i farmaci ma contribuisce a litarne l'utilizzo,nel mio caso avendo asma allergica mi è molto utile nel litare l'uso di ventolin da 5 volte al giorno a 1 volta prima di dormire (questo è il mio caso non può essere uguale per tutti),il compito principale è quello di eliminare il catarro in eccesso liberando i polmoni grazie alla pressione positiva e nel tempo stesso rinforzarli.
