Dying Light Platinum Edition - Nintendo Switch

Dying is a fun open world rpg with zombies, and it runs and looks good for a switch port.

This is by far my favorite game to play on my switch. I love how it’s free roam and the game is really interactive. I have five games and this is definitely the one I play the most.

Zombies, custom weapons, parkour...and all on the go!Need I say more?No, probably not but I will!This game runs at a constant 30fps so far as I can tell, even in handheld (which is ehat i played it in pretty much exclusively)As someone who has played dying light 5 times all the way through at this point and on multiple consoles/PC this game is a no brainerIts zombie parkour on the go.Buy this game!Oh and it has ALL (save for the two newest dlcs which are cosmetic.

Since I got this in the mail last Saturday, I have been playing it non-stop. I never played it on PS4/Xbox One, but the idea of being able to play it in handheld mode was enough to get me interested. Once Digital Foundry said that it actually ran well on Nintendo's hardware, I really wanted to get it. The gameplay is fun and I'm glad that all of the DLC is here. Like others have said, this is just the physical copy and the game case, nothing extra.

I love this game. I have so many hours put into it on playstation and its awesome to have it mobile. Arrived in very good condition.

This game is just how I remember it when I played on my Xbox one. I love it all over again! Like another reviewer said it did not come with the extra goodies, no this version does not. There are two versions, one with and without the goodies. The one that has the extra goodies will be out later in the US later this year if not early next year. Techland made a special note on their Twitter account about this…screen shot included to show where the “premium box” will be sold. Could not locate the screen shot from the Twitter post, too many messages to go through.

The game stutters here and there, especially during night mode, but other then that it's a great port! Someone mention the no stickers, map and the other extras not coming with the game, but that's because that special edition is only available in Europe. It's a way to entice European gamers to purchase the game as the game is banned in the European eShop (and physically in Germany) due to the game having no rating. If you read the Amazon listing no where does it show or list the game coming with extras of any kind. So yes, it's SUPPOSED to be JUST the game on it's own.

This is another one of those "impossible" ports, on the Switch. I've played it on Xbox Series X (through back-compat) and know what it looks like, at its best. The Switch version is 30fps, and the resolution is obviously lower, but damn, it looks and plays great on Switch. It's a noticable downgrade visually, but it is still the same fun game it always was, and it really doesn't look bad. I'm thoroughly impressed, and happy to have a physical Switch copy.
