Worth it IMO
These vitamins are relatively expensive but I appreciate the NSF certification. They don't seem to be very hard on the stomach, although they are uncoated so they smell and taste as you would expect. The only flaw this product seems to have is the pills can be a little rough looking. At first I thought I might have gotten a bad batch but I've ordered 3-4 bottles and they all look like that. I'm pretty sure it's a combination of the formula they use and being bounced around in transit. Not a big deal.

Helped my husband
Husband took up swimming and has been doing great at keeping up with it 3 or 4 times a week. A month or so into his new hobby, he started getting painful cramps in his legs. I made him eat one of my post-menopause magnesium pills and a banana, then I ordered these. Now he's six months into his hobby, looking fine, and not a single cramp. This stuff did the trick!

Great multi to supplement with but a bit pricey
It contains most of what you would expect from a daily multi. The serving size is two pills and they are the industry standard size one would expect, meaning not small but not a horse pill either. Klean is definitely on the high side as far as price is concerned but being NSF certified helps ensure the price means a quality product. I am not a fan of products that contain Prop blends but I understand the use of them. If you are an athlete and require a larger number of nutrients than the average person then this multi will certainly help you to supplement and get to the level that you want to achieve. If you do not exercise at all then I would not recommend this multi, you would be fine with a Centrum or One a Day brand from Walmart at half the price.

Not Worth it!
I did my research about this product, and thought this was it. However, once I opened the bottle, I noticed the pills were all cracked. SMH! The smell was so strong that my cats thought it was dinnertime. I'm worried that if I take it while cracked, I can get an upset belly. I had to get a refund and trash them.
