Perfect for Organization – Durable, Compact, and Versatile!
The Avery Mini Durable 3-Ring Binder is an excellent organizational tool that has quickly become a staple for my personal and work projects. The 2” round rings are sturdy and hold everything securely, and I love that it’s designed to fit 5.5" x 8.5" paper, making it the ideal size for notes, mini documents, or recipes. It’s compact enough to carry around, yet still provides plenty of space for all my materials. The binder is made from high-quality, durable materials that feel strong and long-lasting, so it’s perfect for everyday use. The label holder on the spine is a fantastic feature, allowing me to clearly label and identify the contents without any hassle. This has been incredibly useful for keeping track of multiple projects and categories. I’ve used this binder for everything from organizing work documents to keeping my planner sheets in order, and it works perfectly. The black color is sleek and professional, so it’s appropriate for both personal and office settings. Plus, the binder is lightweight but sturdy, so I can carry it in my bag without worrying about it getting damaged. If you’re looking for a reliable, space-efficient binder that’s great for organizing small-sized documents, I highly recommend the Avery Mini Durable 3-Ring Binder. It’s practical, well-made, and keeps everything neatly in place!

Perfect for my notes
I'll be honest, I was a bit leery ordering a ring binder by mail. I've done it in the past and usually wind up with clips that don't meet or a bent cover. This binder had none of those issues! Pristine as if it had just come out of the factory. The price was so reasonable compared to what I used to pay at physical office supply stores before they quit carrying the larger notebooks. It is also a tad larger then was I used to buy, another plus. Finally a label! I didn't expect it, but it is perfect since labels bought separately rarely stay stuck in place. I will definitely be buying a second notebook in the near future.

Measured dimension info. (These are great for LEGO instruction booklets!)
[UPDATE Jan 2016 -- four years later:] I'm back for another one of these for LEGO instruction booklets. I filled the first one up with 30 pages of "Avery Mini Heavyweight Sheet Protectors, 5.5 x 8.5 Inches", some of which are holding two instruction booklets. This fills the binder so that the covers are about parallel. The binder has held up very well for four years, with frequent use by my children. Although a commenter to this review has had less luck, and my children are probably somewhat less rough on things than most, I'm quite happy with the durability we've experienced. [ORIGINAL REVIEW from January 16, 2012:] - outer dimensions: 9 1/8" high by 8 1/4" deep by 3 1/16" thick, oriented as on a bookshelf - chrome 2" rings, mounted on the back cover (hurray!) - front cover pocket could hold a sheet 7 7/8" by 9" - back cover pocket could hold a sheet about 6 5/8" by 9" - possibly useful: a 2 5/8" wide pocket on the inside of the spine - a thoughtfully designed label holder on the outside of the spine: thumb cutouts make it easy to insert/remove the label, and the back of a business card can be used - black, textured vinyl (I assume) seems good quality I'm very pleased with this binder. I don't expect anything on it to fail prematurely, but if it does, I will certainly edit this review. We are using it to hold LEGO instruction booklets, so it will get a lot of use/abuse from my 6 and 10 year olds. The Avery Heavyweight Sheet Protectors, 5.5 x 8.5 Inches, Pack of 15 (77007) are great for use with this binder and the common LEGO Company instruction size of just under 5" by 8".

CD and DVD storage
Trying to reclaim shelf space from all the movie and music disks, I checked out the dedicated product pages for CD storage - and was overwhelmed by the expense and mystique. Manufacturers seemed to think that I wanted to preserve Newton's Principia Mathematica: offering to sell simulated or real leather binders, with either 4 disks per page storage (no album art), or 1 disk and album art per page inserts. Cost started at about $1 a disk to switch from jewel cases to binder fomat. Looking for a less expensive way, I found that these mini-binders with their sheet protector inserts were the perfect size to hold 1 or more CD/DVDs and their album art in each sleeve, and about 25-30 CDs would fit in each binder! This was less than 1/2 the cost of the dedicated cd storage albums. And really, they don't look bad stacked on the shelf. The only things I would wish for would be for D or Angle shape to the rings instead of round, and for them to be sold in a 4 or 5 pack! The Avery 4 pack of this same binder is abot $20, while just one of these smaller binders is ~$10. Just a bit pricey, but still less than the professional CD albums. The inserts I ordered were standard thickness, and adequate for the task, but next time I might order the heavy duty thickness, just to make the pages a bit less flexible. And I ordered CD sleeves to hold the CDs in the plastic page protectors, even though many of the dedicated CD albums just have you slip the bare CD in their plastic sleeves sandwiched inside the album artwork. If I left off the sleeves, probably could store another 3 disks in each album, But I used Verbatum storage sleeves to make sure the disks didn't scratch.

Mini Binder
Binder was a perfect fit for my cookbook that fell apart. Strong support for how thick (pages) the cookbook is. Looks good. Reasonable price from other vendor's I search for a binder.

Great quality binder that perfectly fits Broadway Playbills and similarly sized programs. Priced moderately but much less expensive that the official Playbill binder.

I purchased two of these binders plus the sleeve inserts for myself and my friend to store our Play Bills. It worked perfectly!

I bought this because I wanted to put my Programmes (Canadian/every country except the U.S. Playbill equivalent, I guess) in it . I had an official Playbill binder, which the Programmes fit in perfectly, but the sleeves that came with it were very stiff on the rings, so the pages were hard to flip through. The official Playbill sleeves also fit in this binder perfectly and they actually flip fluidly, like they're suppose to. I'm very happy with it overall, it's cheaper than a Playbill binder too, which is great.

Just what I wanted BUT, after using these for 50 years, I am unable to obtain PLAIN paper for them. I can't use ruled for my use. So, it was a waste of money.

A bit pricey, but I really needed the space in the mini binder.
