These protein shakes taste good. I like the pumpkin spice flavor. My stomach tolerates these well. I like that there is a lot of protein and no sugar.

These were delicious. The taste was just enough pumpkin to flavor and not overwhelm. I used these also in protein shakes to get that extra protein. Texture was smooth. I like that it is high protein.

Love the pumpkin shake! Light and tasty. Good substitute for pumpkin pie.

My first flavor of Premier Protein shakes was White Chocolate Raspberry. I thought they tasted really good but more like strawberry milk than their flavor name. So this is my second flavor and once again, I think it's good but it doesn't taste like pumpkin spice. To me, has a charred sweet root vegetable flavor (odd, I know). So maybe like charred sweet pumpkin or yam. It does taste good....just not as expected. I wouldn't buy this flavor again but I am going to try chocolate. I usually make my own protein shake but I keep these in the fridge for convenience. I'll throw one in the freezer before my workout. It's ice cold when I'm ready for it and it's smooth and creamy. It's not at all filling for me so I'll add an apple, string cheese and nuts... overall it's a great nutritional profile. This is a good value because these are much more expensive in the grocery store. I do prefer the plastic bottles over the cartons because they're recyclable.

normally this pumpkin spice product is very good; however, the last shipment I received was 1/2 pumpkin spice & 1/2 peaches & cream. At first, I was excited to try a new limited edition flavor until I did try it. The peaches & cream flavor was terrible.
