Relieves pain well for the first 2-3 hrs but it does not long enough to relieve pain for 8 hrs.

I use Bengay for severe sciatica. It works very well for me. However, these patches are terrible. They have no stick or staying power whatsoever, and fall right off. The only way you could make them stay is to tape them on. The medication in them is good, but forget about getting the benefit. I would not recommend these patches to anyone. It isn't Bengay that I'm complaining about, it is the route of delivery. Instead of these, Bengay should come out with one of the roll on delivery systems.
