Cotton Blend Yarn for Knitting and Crocheting, 3 or Light Worsted, DK Weight, Drops Cotton Light, 1.8 oz 115 Yards per Ball (20 Black)

If you have read the other reviews for this yarn (like I did) you'll know that it's not great. It's as splitty as bamboo yarn without the softness. It feels like cheap cotton and it's half poly. The photo of it is not even close to what it looks like in real life- I got the 35 Rust and it's actually a deep earthy-orange, not the soft clay color that's shown. It also took forever to get to me. But I had all that in mind when I ordered it (except the color change) and since I still liked the color, I grumbled through the pain it was to crochet with and made a lovely top. Even though the yarn was super cheap, I won't buy this on here again because the color was so off in the photo. But for the most part I knew what I was getting myself into and it met my meager expectations. This is a true DK yarn. The top pattern is by Of Mars on Etsy. Play color roulette and try it out!

This yarn is lightweight and glides easily on a crochet hook. The strands separate easily, so you shouldn't use stitches that are too tight. I haven't finished my project yet to see if the final result is what I want, but I think it will work well.

Easy to use (yarn doesn't split) and the Jeans color is amazing! Perfect for the summer cardigan I am working on.

Very soft

I wanted to do a pattern using this yarn from Drops Design. This yarn is hard to find in the US, so I was happy to find it here! It is really nice for light weight clothing patterns.
