It depends on your need I guess
I find it fairly useless for foods that are high in gluten, like wheat or gluten hotdogs, but it helps a lot with low gluten items like oatmeal.

I have Celiac disease and it is always a gamble when I eat out. I bought these supplements and they work! I'm not going to go out and eat a loaf of bread, but it most definitely helped me when I've been cross-contaminated. They are with me now all the time. Highly recommend.
