The Sanabul Essential tights for men can be worn year-round (light/medium weight fabric). We made them light enough to be worn during summer months while providing compression and heat to help keep you warm during the winter months.

Yes but it depends on your sizing preference. If want a really tight fit/compression, we recommend sizing down
