I have several piercings on both ears, but even if I didn't I would still use this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and sometimes my ears would just hurt in the middle of the night. Since using this pillow I have not had any ear pain and my fresh conch piercing healed nicely since I wasn't sleeping on it. I have an industrial bar on the other ear that is almost 10 years old, but it gets sore sometimes from sleeping on it...NOT ANYMORE! Seriously this pillow is great. 6 months later and it's not losing shape or firmness. Best purchase I've made.

On and off for years I have had sores on my left ear. Once they thought it was cancer. It was benign. I currently have another one. The thinking is that it’s a pressure sore. My son suggested I might find a pillow to aid in my comfort. One thing that drew me to this particular pillow is the mention of pressure sores in the advertising. I’m on night #2 and I love this pillow!! The cover is very soft. It has just the right firmness. Over time it flattens a bit so I just flip it over and go back to sleep. I haven’t had this much comfort in a long time.

It's a good pillow, nice size, nice color, prevents my ear from being injured. I only wish the pillow was just a teensy bit softer. If not positioned correctly it can be uncomfortable.

UPDATE the pillow busted open which im guessing happened bc its absolutely stuffed w cotton hence why its so hard, but honestly now that it busted open its so much more comfortable LOL so thats good i guess? i bought this product to sleep on so i wouldn’t irritate my new ear piercings. the pillow is SO SMALL. its also super flat and kinda hard. i usually use it on top of a regular airplane pillow just to get extra neck support, but using this on its own wouldn’t really be practical, at least not for me. honestly i feel like if you used this all alone on your bed, your ear would most likely still touch the bed. i definitely thought it would be a good bit bigger judging by the picture advertised. i probably wouldn’t recommend this to use on it’s own, BUT if you use a travel pillow for your piercings and you find that it doesnt support your neck enough anymore, this does work pretty well at solving that by using it on top.

This cushion is all the pillow I need. My wife has a pile of pillows that take up most of the bed, leaving little room for me to have a pillow. Fine. No problem any more. I like to listen to radio at night, and wear my hearing aids to bed, so I got this to keep the hearing aids from painfully pressing against my ear. Now my wife has all the pillows and I have radio to sleep with.

This product is not memory foam. It’s very firm and uncomfortable. I bought one from Walmart that’s actually a memory foam one, is slightly bigger, and much more comfortable, for about the same cost.

I use this when I get a fresh ear piercing or when I have an ear infection. This works great to help the healing process not take so long.

I have 12 ear piercings and honestly, I don’t know how I went so long without this pillow. My latest 3 piercings have been healing so much faster compared to the older ones, and I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m finally not sleeping on them every night. The hole in the middle is perfectly placed—I can comfortably sleep on my side without any pressure on my ears. The pillow itself is soft but supportive, If you're healing any piercings or just prone to irritation from sleeping on your ears, get this pillow. Total game-changer.

I am SO pleased with this product. I love ear piercings but also love to sleep on my side and struggled to properly heal piercings because of it. I find this super comfortable to sleep on, just on top of my regular pillow, and it has made my ear piercings SO much happier. The ear hole is the perfect size - large enough to give my ear lots of space but small enough to allow the pillow to properly support my head. It is a bit firm - which I don't mind - but the zipper on the side would make it easy to de-stuff a bit if needed. HIGHLY recommend!

Exactly what I needed. Listen, I have been sleep deprived for well over a month because I can't sleep on my side that I got my industrial pierced on- ONLY to discover this pillow! Literally, saved my sleep! If you're thinking about it? Just try it. I don't think I have slept better or felt more comfortable in what feels like forever. Don't be fooled by the small packaging, it's the perfect size for ones head I assure you. You can plop it on top of your pillow and rest as you normally do with well enough support for your head and just enough depth for your ear not to touch your pillow. Seriously, this is a game changer! CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! 10/10!

It’s ok I guess. First of all it’s pretty small and I have a small head and small ears. But if you manage to get your ear comfortably in the hole, then it works pretty well. I only wish that it was bigger for that price, like $30 for a small pillow is a rip off for sure. If it was fluffier I would probably like it more because you wouldn’t need to put your arm under it or put it on top of another pillow. But it’s ok. I don’t think it was worth the money but at least I’m not putting pressure on my piercings
