I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
I've used this fry mix for over 30 years and it never dissapoints. I moved from Michigan to down south and couldn't find it anywhere. I tried so many other brands but nothing compares in taste, texture and quality of product. I know my fried chicken, fish , shrimp,onion rings, cucumber, and green tomatoes are going to turn out crispy and delicious everytime because the company has kept the same recipe and the quality is unbeatable. Their seasonings in the fry mix is excellent with no need to add any additional spices other than salt and pepper.
