StarCraft: Liberty's Crusade
S**C
Not fantastic, but not dreadful either.
I'm probably letting my love of the first Starcraft game bias my rating here, but this wasn't bad. If it was another franchise it might have been a three star review.Liberty's Crusade did seem like the story was dragging on in parts and sometimes it didn't feel like the most imaginative writing, but I didn't have particularly high expectations before reading if I'm honest, so it was better than anticipated. It did tell the story from a different viewpoint, which was interesting, and gave some characters a little additional background than can be squeezed into a game.It did what I bought it for though, which was refreshing my memory of a game I spent so many hours on, so for that alone I enjoyed it.

Wonderful start.
Wonderful book based around the first StarCraft game. As with many novelisations of games and movies there are some contradictions with the game, this is due to the introduction of a new central character. This doesn't ruin the novel though as they are only slight changes to the games story in order to integrate this new character, the main bulk of the books is true to the game, telling the story of the Terran campaign. The book is well written with an a very enjoyable read, would recommend to any fan of the game, and even to those who have never played the game.

Brilliant Book
Great read based in the world of StarCraft, if you're interested in StarCraft, I'd really recommend it to you.Even then if you don't like, or don't even know what StarCraft is but you enjoy sci-fi fiction I'd highly recommend it as it's written so you don't need any knowledge of the games at all.

As expected
It had the normal wear and tear you can expect from 15 years old book, but no missing pages
