Bought in Jan., 2023. Used that month, once in summer, now not working. Very disappointed

As a person who has owned several wands of various brands this is by far the weakest I've seen. The motor on level 3 which is the strongest sounds as if it's struggling when placed against your hand with no applied pressure. Add the slightest bit of pressure and it stops. The head also is flimsy and feels like it could break within a handful of uses.

Ive bought two of these so far (one was a return) for, pain relief, it doesn't have a very long life. Seems to die very quickly.

I love that the vibration is strong and steady also the color is beautiful I ordered blue nicely made and the head of it is very soft not too hard that it hurts it is a plug-in one to the wall so you do not need no battery it is always ready to go it runs a long time and does not get hot also a great feature great value for its money one of my Best Buys

It was okay for the first couple months but has become increasingly glitchy to the point of now being practically useless. Never been dropped or misused yet the buttons often simply don't work! Sometimes the buttons start to respond, then the thing locks up. Have to unplug it and plug it back in several times to get it to work at all sometimes. Only reason I didn't give it one star is because it worked fine for a couple months, but if you expect more, don't buy this piece of junk!
