Lights are beautiful if you live in the south. I live in New England and wanted them for Xmas lights. We do get sunlight and bright days but it is not enough to charge the panels. They last on a good sunny day two hours tops. If you live somewhere full sun yes, New England winters no stick to plug in lights. EDIT noticed the panel was not in full sun in morning,(went into work late one morning we are dark till 7am) moved it now get five hours of beauty! Definitely worth the buy!

I currently can’t find a picture but when I do I will update this postThe light are nice. I love that they are small and you can set them to link or just leave it at one setting. I love that they are white light versus warm. Clearly they can get tangled, but I put them up with someone to help this and we went around our pine tree outside my house. I did use the 2 lights for this one tree and the solar part was on the top.The look is nice! Once we set them, they stay in the setting you choose. They are resistant from the rain. Wrap tightly a bit because of the wind. Def easy to use. Only issue was after a year one stopped working so we currently have one set up only :/

These lights worked well and looked great when they were lit; the issue was that after a week or two, they didn't charge well and only lit up for a short time each evening. I had other lights, probably from another manufacturer, that charged perfectly in an identical location (one was even on the same tree) and twinkled from dusk until dawn. If you are looking for lights that light up in the evening and stay on all night, these probably aren't your best choice. If you are only concerned with an hour or two of lights, then they will do.

Bought these in Oct 2023, so not quite a year yet. Set of 2 - one set is still working, the other set just stopped. One day it was working fine, the next day it didn't come on. I hadn't moved them or did anything to them, so not sure what happened. This second set is in direct sunlight and exposed to some water, but not a lot. I am happy with the set that is still working, but bummed that the other set went out.
