New user already in love- Magnifica Evo
The media could not be loaded. Well where do I start! I absolutely love it! After spending time researching different models to replace my old bean to cup machine I decided on this and I am so happy so far! Coffee is hot and strong and tasty! It was easy to set up and was making great coffee in about 10 minutes. I haven’t worked out all the features yet but looking forward to experimenting. Initial review though I would highly recommend! Milk is frothed beautifully and as someone who loves strong coffee it’s hitting all my expectations! I do currently have very strong beans which may be a factor but coffee is lovely! Much better than my last machine.Temperature- I haven’t adjusted the setting but the temperature is good I was worried as I’ve seen reviews on lots of models that mention the milk isn’t hot and coffee is not hot but I have not had any issues with this model drinks are hot and keep temperature well in a double walled insulated glass mug (which I bought from Amazon at the same time)Cleaning- milk system is easy to rinse, coffee grounds come out as very dry pucks so are easy to remove and rinse, I haven’t had to do maintenance cleaning yet so can’t comment.Water tank: the feature where you don’t have to pull completely out and can top up using a jug is great. I keep a jug under it when switching on and off so drip tray has not needed emptied or cleaned yet so this is a top tip.Size and appearance: machine is much smaller than my previous machine and fits nicely under the cupboard and is a really nice looking unit- seems well made and components aren’t particularly flimsy.I will try and update this review if I learn anything new but my general comment is this is a relatively cheap model but does not disappoint- I didn’t want to spend a fortune so this was a decent price for an excellent machine and if you love coffee like me I don’t think you will be disappointed!

Perfect Coffee Every Time!
I’ve been using the De’Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine for 4/5 weeks now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The quality of coffee it produces is phenomenal, on par with what you’d get in a coffee shop. The customisation options are endless—you can adjust the strength, temperature, and grind size to suit your taste perfectly. We bought it to replace our old Breville machine and this is far easier and produces much nicer coffee. The built-in grinder is a game-changer, delivering fresh, aromatic coffee with every cup. It’s also incredibly easy to use and clean, with clear instructions and intuitive controls. The milk frother creates creamy, frothy perfection for lattes and cappuccinos. It’s a bit of an investment, but absolutely worth it for any coffee lover. Highly recommend this machine—it’s transformed my mornings! It is a bulky bit of kit, however, so be mindful if you have limited side space

Not consistent
Like that it’s bean to cup but that’s about it. Lots of water in the drip tray as it flushes through after use so always emptying it. Milk frother good but you need to take apart the part to keep it clean which is difficult to open. Needs descaling a lot which takes about 45 minutes! A lot of maintenance for a decent cup of coffee.

Really really good coffee
This was a treat for myself after years of disappointment with coffee so decided to invest in a bean to cup machine. The coffee it makes is soooo delicious and it does everything for you even frothing the milk. Simple to use and set up and cleans itself. The hot water setting is not quite boiling so isn't great for ordinary tea but if you like herbal or green teas it is ideal.Looks great on the counter and build quality is good. Easy to clean the tray also.

Makes Great Coffee… but a design flaw means it leaks a bit
Let’s start with the positive…+ Most importantly for me is that this machine does make a great cup of coffee. I personally mostly use it for latte coffees but it can make a variety.+ It’s easy to load coffee beans into the machine (although not so easy to remove them if you want to use various types of beans)+ LatteCrema milk frother works well and I like that they have measurement lines showing the exact amount of milk for lattes and cappuccinos+ The LatteCrema thing is also simple to clean which is important for those who make milky coffees+ You can use coffee beans or there is a bit you can use pre-ground coffee+ It also comes with a spout for making hot water, not sure what for, maybe for tea to save boiling a kettle?Negatives…- It leaks. The first machine I got I ultimately had to return as it was ridiculous. I contacted De’Longhi directly for support on their website and the person on the chat had no idea what I was talking about and just told me to return to Amazon. Amazon, after a while on the online chat sorted out a replacement. Initially I couldn’t really figure out where the leak was coming from but I’ve figured out where it happens now. The replacement machine also leaks hence the kitchen roll under the machine but it’s not as bad. In the photos I have highlighted in blue a nozzle that’s sort of hidden which is supposed to line up with the small hole in the drip tray. Most likely the nozzle and hole are slightly too small for the operation and/or there is some alignment tolerance issue. Since I’ve had 2 machines with this issue it seems it’s probably a design flaw in my opinion.- It’s noisy when grinding coffee beans… not really a negative as it’s to be expected. My previous machine was a De’Longhi Nespresso pod machine and it’s much louder than that. For me, not an issue though.- It’s physically quite big so definitely check the dimensions of the space you would intend to put it before purchasing.- It uses a lot of water. When using the machine I never let it run into the drip tray and use a spare cup to capture the ‘cleaning’ run of water when turning the machine on and off. However, after you’ve made a few coffee’s the drip tray is full of water. Not that big a deal but something to be aware of.- Descaling…. I accidentally pressed the button for descaling when refilling coffee beans and there is no way to stop it once it starts. It took ages to run through the process, probably around an hour.General notes…It comes with various accessories like a ground coffee spoon/scoop, a water filter (if you live in an area with ‘hard’ water this is probably needed), and a descaling packet. When you get the machine it is, by default, set for the ‘hardest’ water setting. Follow the instruction manual to adjust.Despite having to get a replacement machine and the apparent design flaw causing a leak I’m overall happy with the machine. The most important thing is that it makes great coffee (I’m not using any fancy coffee, just Lavazza beans).
