The Luci light is a fantastic, and the new models are even better because they come with a button that lets you check the amount of battery life left (indicated by the 3 small LEDs on the top).These charge up quickly in moderate sunlight, and the batteries seems good about having a low drainage rate. I have a few of these now. They put out of a surprising amount of light. This is more than enough to light up a tent or even a small pavilion. I put one of the Luci lights under a 20x30 tarp with 8 friends under it, and we had more than enough light to socialize and even play some cards.The alternating colors are nice, although not really necessary for most uses. I get the Luci Color because my kids love being able to choice different color. If you just want to use the Luci for ambient lighting (like on a patio, a tent, or as an emergency house light), you can get the Luci Lux and save yourself a few bucks. If you just want an emergency light, you should consider getting the non-diffused model.The very first one of these that I had sprung a leak at some point (not really sure how, I just inflated it one day and it deflated itself). I easily found the hole and covered with some clear repair tape, and it's worked perfectly since. My kids even cracks the plastic sheet on one end--not the end with the solar panel--and it still seems to hold its shape and work well.These are great little products for providing light. Yeah, they're more expensive than other ambient light systems, but you get an amazing amount of versatility (great for camping or hiking, pretty enough for your patio party, durable enough to use as emergency light if the power goes out, and they even float!) and you don't have to worry about batteries filling up landfills. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this product. It is extremely lightweight and packs really small, yet it is plenty bright for my camping needs. When inflated is has enough surface area to prevent blinding you -- especially this version, with the frosted walls. The multiple color LEDs are a fun addition and can make it easy to decorate/mark your tent at busy music festivals. I have not tested this, but I bet that the color cycling mode (eighth click) conserves battery compared to the solid color modes.We often travel by plane to places where having a lantern is essential and the size/eight of this light make it ideal for this purpose.

This is the coolest!! Last a long time on just a little solar energy, packs down very small and light weight, very bright, and the glitter gives this lantern a soft and ethereal glow. Also, I should note that they sent me the wrong one at first (the Luci that doesn't change color) and Amazon made it very easy getting it replaced. They instantly sent a replacement and I haven't even sent the old one back yet. Very happy with my experience and the item itself!

After writing my previous review I was contacted by MPOWERED and apologized for my bad experience with this product. Although it was more than a year after purchase, they replaced my Luci lights without putting up much of a fuss. Closer inspection of the old lights showed that they were poorly built with what appeared to be bad solder connections on the solar charger. The newer units came with a better assembly and a better to understand instructions on the improved packaging. Initial testing of the Luci's has so fare proven to be a much better quality than the old units.GREAT JOB MPOWERED! My faith has been restored in you by standing my your product! Your integrity has become top notch in my books. updating my review to 4 stars!I ordered 4 of these July 2015, by year end only 1 of them holds a charge after sufficient time in sunlight, and that one will only stay light for 30 minutes! The others are either completely dead or will illuminate for 10 minutes or less!Pros:Yes, they are cool looking and when they functioned at their peak time, would stay light for around 6 hours or more.Not too difficult to inflate, some difficulty in getting air pushed into the inflation tube.Provides nice ambiance in evening hours.Nice selection of LED colorsWaterproof.Cons:Difficult, vague, and incorrect programming instructions. I eventually figured it out after 1-2 hours of frustration.Expensive, especially since charge batteries failed on all my units within 3-4 months!

I ordered four of these lanterns, and they are quite beautiful. However, after slightly more than a month, one of them will no longer turn on, and one of them will no longer turn off and only illuminates in three colors. The problem in each case seems to be that the power button has malfunctioned. I'm deeply disappointed, because they are quite expensive, and they failed right after the return date had expired. In theory, these are fantastic lanterns, but I won't buy anything else from mpowerd. Avoid these at all costs, unless you want to end up sitting in the dark.Update: It's now six weeks since I purchased four of these, and since my initial review, another of them has died, leaving only one functional. I sent a message to the manufacturer, Mpowerd, via their web site, and received an automated reply promising me a response within 48 hours, which never came. These products, in short, are completely unreliable, customer support is non-existent, and I wouldn't ever buy these again. Avoid at all costs.

So pretty and effective - We use these for camping but I also use them for my Yoga classes - they really give a lovely glow - my students love them.

Lanterna gonfiabile che si ricarica tramite dei pannellini solari. Molto carina in quanto a più colori e dunque si adatta all'atmosfera che si vuole ricreare. Non è potentissima la luce, è giusto di compagnia. Articolo adatto per piccoli.

genera la luz suficiente para crear ambiente de noche. de momento está durando como un campeón y durante varias horas. realmente necesitas varios para generar una buena iluminación pero el ambiente que crea con el cambio de colores automático es brutal.
