I love it. It's a fun little exercise. It fits perfectly. Easy to use. You can not wear baggy clothes while using this. It will catch and hit you hard. But other than that I 100% recommend.

Impossible to use, the part that holds the weight pinches your waist. I tried with it tightened and loose, it pinches and it’s painful. Will be returning.

I have been wanting a weighted hula hoop for awhile so I had a hard time deciding which one to get as there were soooo many options. I’m super happy with this one as it was easy to set up and is very durable. It’s a fun and easy workout too!
