(Pack of 30) Hager 3 1/2 Inch Oil Rubbed Bronze Door Hinges with 5/8" Radius Corners

I'm in the process of refinishing all of our interior doors, and we're replacing the old brass knobs, hinges, etc. with Oil Rubbed Bronze parts. I have 12 doors to do, so I bought the pack of 40 Hager hinges. I'm very pleased with them, as they seem to be very good quality at a reasonable price. My issue that caused me to rate them lover is the screws that are provided with them. They are #8 x 3/4" screws, and the hinges I'm replacing (made by Stanley) used #9 x 3/4" screws. The #8's are nearly 1/10" smaller in diameter than the #9's, so when I try to screw them into the old screw holes in my door frames the threads barely catch and strip out easily. As a result I had to buy larger black screws in order to mount the hinges (40 hinges x 6 screws ea = 240 screws!). I decided to go with #9 x 1" screws to ensure that they'd hold securely.If you're hanging new doors on fresh door frames, the provided #8 screws are probably fine. But if you're replacing existing hinges as I am, then beware! Check the screw size used on your old hinges before ordering these! You may find yourself headed for your local home improvement store as I did this morning to buy the right size screws.

Normally I don't purchase this kind of thing online since I like to be able to see the quality in real time. I was in the process of changing out old ugly brass door knobs to rubbed bronze. I considered painting the old hinges until I decided I was being cheap and just needed to change them out, too. After going to the big box stores and seeing how ridiculously overpriced hinges are, I found these. I am very happy that I took the risk on them! These are top quality. They came very neatly and safely packaged and are very classic looking. I will agree with other reviews they are more black than rubbed bronze, but honestly, who really cares? I went with the 40 pack and saved about $26 over the big box stores. If you're on the fence with them, just hop to the other side and make the purchase!

Don't worry about the reviews that say these are all black. Yes, they are more black than oil rubbed, but for how much you actually see them it doesn't really matter. Fit perfectly fine on my standard doors that we bought at Home Depot.My only complaint is that there needs to be a 51ct option, not 50. It might sound dumb, but if you're replacing doors that have 3 hinges, you're going to end up 1 short.

Was replacing all the old brass door hardware on our new home and needed ORB hinges to match the new door handles. I actually purchased a larger quantity than I needed due to some reviews that stated there might be inconsistent quality, but I didn't have any issues at all. Before ordering, I made sure I knew the right size hinge and right radius. I just wanted to have a quick swap-out of the old hinges without having to extra work. I had about 13 doors that needed to have the hinges swapped out. Took me just over an hour to do it. These were great looking hinges, and I didn't have a single one that had any defects. They look great on my doors, and I didn't realize how many of my old hinges squeaked until I put these ones on....they are silent!

Seem like good quality hinges. Replacing brass with these. I gave these a 4 out of 5 star because they are black, straight up black. The screws however are oil rubbed bronze. I went to Lowe's and checked their oil rubbed bronze hinges, and they look black too. So, instead of sending these back and trying another manufacturer, I decided to keep and install them. They were one of the lowest priced hinges I found, and I had to buy 66 of them to replace everyone in the house. Easy to install. If you want specifically oil rubbed, you need to see the hinge in person. But if you don't care that it's black and want to save a little cash, then go with these.

I put these on my doors in my house. Now I have bronze hinges instead of gold. I like bronze better which is why I bought these. If you want bronze then these will meet that need for you. They are good quality and included the screws that were also bronze. which is good because if I had to use my old screws (which i previously mentioned were gold) then that would look weird. amiright?! the box of hinges was very heavy in case you have weak wrist lifting abilities maybe ask a friend for help. Also replace the hinges one at a time otherwise it's much harder cause the door might fall on your toes. Honestly if you dont know this stuff already you probably shouldnt buy these but I really like them and would buy them again. but not anytime soon cause my doors are DONE!

Though the description states “oil rubbed bronze,” these brackets look black only. Plus, they are lightweight. I was a little disappointed, but I really can’t complain too much as the price is great compared to brackets that can be purchased at a local hardware store. But, there is a huge difference in quality and color so be aware of this before purchasing. I can only recommend these brackets for hollow interior doors. For solid doors, they may not be heavy enough. Packaging is nice, and there were no scratches on the brackets. I bought a set of 50 and 18 for a total of 68. Because they are small, the quality might not matter too much as most people won’t be looking at them. Door knobs are what matters more for asthetics.

These are 100% black. I ordered them because I need black and alot of reviews stated that. They feel well made and are replacing other hager hinges just in a different color. I bought a box of 40 and they are shipped with the world's thinnest paper in between as the only protection. Because of this a large number of them are dinged up and a few have started to rust already. Outside of the very bad shipping and wrong color in the description, they are really nice.
