Can I take the belt clip off

Be aware that the belt clip does not come off of the holster. The holster is removable from the phone, the screen will be exposed.

Will the defender from iPhone 12 pro max fit iPhones 13 pro max..some say no some yes..on box some says fits both

Excellent question! This updated version of the Defender Series case was engineered for use with the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Although there are material difference between the two, we were able to design this case in such a way that it will be compatible with either device. That said, an OtterBox case that was originally made for the iPhone 12 Pro Max will not be forward compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
