My husband purchased this seat for me after listening to my grunts and groans trying to get up off my old knee pad in the garden. This flip over seat is amazingly simple yet perfectly effective whether I am sitting above my garden or kneeling on the delightfully gentle cushion of the kneeler pad. Choosing the sitting side, the seat is wide enough to lean in any direction, the legs are firm, and sturdy and well balanced, and the Tool Pouch fits the side rail of the seat perfectly. Small hand tools, your cell phone, seed packets, and a hanky fit securely. Since I often need a large array of tools, I carry a bucket with me for everything. But the pouch is definitely something to consider adding to your order if you are a lot better at organization before you set out than I am.Should you be thinking only of more comfortable kneeling, consider this wide seat Garden Kneeler even if you don't expect to be sitting on it. The kneeling pad is the best and most comfortable protection for knees I have ever encountered! And with the strong and sturdy bars on both sides, I am not collapsing into the pad but protecting my knees by using the handles to ease myself down. As you may also know, getting up is not as easy as it once was and those handles help even better than calling my old man over to give me a pull. This is the perfect Mother's Day gift with or without the pouch!

My niece bought one of these last year. She was kind enough to let me use it, too. We LOVE this stool! So this year when a dear friend gave me an Amazon gift card for my birthday... guess what! I bought one for myself! It's sturdy.... just the right height.... low enough to even pull weeds from a seated position... comfy... attractive... what more can I say! It can be a bit stiff to close with ease... but maybe that's part of its incredible sturdiness. That's not a big deal in comparison to all its attributes. This is a must-have if you have a yard.

Ok, I was a little "sassy" when I ordered this bench. I got the purple! I love it, not just the color but the comfort & sturdiness of the bench. Being on the older side, the extra wide cushions are great for kneeling and sitting. My husband has the normal sized one and it is good also.

This chair has a functional design and solid construction. The seat pad is very firm so it's not "cushy" but that is a good thing because it looks like it will stand up to the test of time and the trials of outdoor use. But I find it practical for indoor use too. I keep one by the door to sit on while putting on or taking off my shoes. I keep one at my work bench / hobby table. It would be useful in the bathroom if I had enough room in there. I've got three of them so far and may need another. It would be nice if there were more colors to choose from but I'm very satisfied as it is.

I ordered this with trepidation as I wasn't sure how I would like it. I love it! It has saved my knees while gardening. The handles help with getting up and down. (Not as young as I used to be...) Just make sure you have them locked into place before using. And, the fact you can flip it over and have a seat is very handy. It is very easy to fold up for storage and takes up very little room. This was an excellent purchase.

The bench is sturdy and comfortable to kneel on or sit. In the kneeling position the side supports makes rising to stand less of a struggle.

Couldn't do my yard and garden work without this. Had another one for about 10 years. Then husband decided to stand on it and...oh well. This one is better because the padding is thicker and the legs lock in place. Guess I need to thank him after all! I have bad knees so really need a kneeler and this feels so sturdy when I lean on it to stand up. Love it so much as well as the color. Makes gardening fun again. Husband even borrowed it when fixing the back fence. He just used it to sit and kneel...guess he learned it isn't a ladder!
