I suffer from motion sickness when I go on boats, trains and planes. I bought this for a trip and I took it 30 mins before getting on the boat and I did not feel any dizziness nausea and I didn’t vomit either. I did not get drowsy at all. It works everytime-maybe too well. It makes my head a bit loopy/dizzy. Still feel queasy but do not throw up!

Once it started working I was okay. The scent was good. the size is perfect and there was no side effects for me. I did not have any skin irritations. It helped me rest and sleep good as well.
