Don't waste your money.
My mother and I both ordered these. Mine took twice as long to arrive although we live close to each other. My mother followed the instructions on the package exactly and the little heating pad burned in the microwave causing the stuff inside to leak. I sent mine back without opening.

Warm for winter but fits very loose. Just an ok product. Works as expected but not wonderful.

Don't stay warm very long.
They really don't stay warm that long. I heat them for 1:45 in the micro, and get 3-4 minutes of heat. After a few uses, they started bubbling up in the micro. They flatten back down after they cool, but still a little disconcerting. The socks were WAY too big for me, so after I trimmed the inserts down to my size, I can just put them in a regular pair of socks, and they fit more snugly and keep the heat close to my foot. But for a quick warm-up (I have terrible circulation in my feet and they often go numb from cold when I'm just hanging around at home), these beat having to run water in the sink until it gets hot and then soak my feet for a few minutes - always feel bad for the waste of water, so I'll probably use these until they fall apart or explode.
