If i order the multitool for $89.97 does it come with the sheath and bit kit? not really fussed for the other option as i have no interest in the pen.

Yes that option comes with the sheath and the bits.

Is it original made in usa ? if made in usa so i will buy it, i will cancel it if made in china

Hi Nick - Wendy from Tall Ridge here - Thank you for your inquiry! Tall Ridge is an authorized seller of Gerber Gear and if you purchase from us you will receive an authentic Gerber Center-Drive. Gerbers Center-Drive is made in the USA. I hope that is helpful!

What's the knife blade metal? Anyone have insight on how well it sharpens and holds an edge?

420HC, which is NOT what all the leathermans use. It's ok steel, but IMO, some have S30V, which is a FAR superior metal blade. Overall, this is a great tool for what you're paying for!

What about tool, sheath, and bit set without the pen? Where's that option?

Previously there was a bundle that included The Tool, and the tactical pen, as well as an additional Gerber modular sheath. These were the included items: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LXWEVDA/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B0BD3W0/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LX91NIU/
