Can't contact company
I ordered this on September 19...window for returns was til Oct. 22, October 30, I went to go use it , it wouldn't start...I tried 4 different plugs...nothing....I realize they say only a 30 day window but how irritating to go past by a week and that's it...BECAUSE I can't get hold of anyone...I really didn't like it that well from the beginning as it was rather on the flimsy side...it just wasn't sturdy .... All I use it for is making shakes and it would take forever to mix the shake...the spindle would have probably broken soon if the whole thing hadn't quit working.......I had a hamilton beach retro shake maker and it was heavy...quiet...did the job....I guess I'll go search for another Hamilton beach and cut my losses....so...just a heads up...I would look elsewhere...

Everything about is seems cheap., even the sound of it. Doesn't mix well. I got what I paid for......

Bought for my 88yr old father because he craves milkshakes for dessert. He loves it. Easy to use, easy to clean and takes up very little counter space. Recommend highly!
