They work good for removing ear wax and probably safer than Q-Tips but they are not easy to remove the tip from the handle. It say twist tip in direction of arrow and it will pop off. The only popping I got was the tip popped off the plastic end. I hand to find a sharp object to remove the plastic tip from the handle.

I liked the theory behind the product. The large rubber plugs were perplexing. They did not fit into my ears.

I used the product exactly as described and turned it in the right direction and nothing!! The tip is a very soft rubber and I could feel it up against the back of my ear and nothing!! Wish I kept the packaging to return it.

This product is too “fat” for my ear and the tip is too short to get close to where my ear wax would be. I am guessing this is a knock off from another I saw advertised. What a waste

Did not work for me. Gave to daughter. Youngest said I know what that’s for and twisted it in his nose. Price was worth the laughs !
