My newborn hates this and starts screaming whenever I put it on him. I even went up a size to see if that made him more comfortable but same problem. Do not purchase if your newborn hates wearing caps because this can be an expensive purchase that ultimately a head shaping pillow and more tummy time can easily fix.

Frustrated. The specs say this hat fits a 13-15” head, my son’s head is 11” and it’s way too small. The hat came with a tag on it saying it fits up to 4.5kg- this would have been good to know before ordering because he is 11 lbs. now I have to wait over a week for the next size up, losing precious time to correct his torticollis

The air isn’t working for us. It seems too short, like it needs to go down further to cover the ears. We even got a bigger size and it still slides off the top of his head when he moves. We decided to go with the air rather than plain tortle because the adjustable bands for size but I’m wondering I’d the plain tortle would have fit better as it looks longer where you could pull it down further.

Have no idea if it's good or not, couldn't even get it on his head. Went by sizing and can't return once open.

Bought off tortle website for my 3m old who preferred one side and developed flat head. Hes since seen a chiropractor which helped his movement immensely, and he also sleeps on head shaping pillow. I cannot get him to wear this without screaming, i dont blame him. The rubber dots that line the hem are so uncomfortable, it is doing nothing but commenting dust. Sticking to head shaping pillows and tummy time!!!
