I bought this assuming it was just lemon powder. Most all products from this company are great and one ingredient typically. When it came it’s lemon powder with maladextrin. I was disappointed.

Great pantry item. Summer lemonade, add to tea, fish and meat rub and great for baking

A good shelve stable vitamin C. Added to my pantry.

Product contains Maltodextrin, so I won't purchase this product again.

I just received this product and haven't used it yet. But I'm very disappointed that I didn't read the ingredients list before I ordered it. I only read the description that says says no added so sugar... But it has maltodextrin in it! I won't be ordering this again.

It seems this lemon powder is made from the skin, not just juice which one I would have liked better. They add 5% maltodextrin, a white powder made from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat. is there vitamin C, I don't know. Made from China.They should mention these four elements. Usually Food to Live sell of good products.
