Fantastic Product and Even Better Customer Service!
In June of 2025 I purchased this red light pad. Absolutely loved it for 8 months it worked wonders on my knee. Then one evening it would no longer turn on. The product comes with a year warranty. Label on the instructions said not to contact the seller with issues, but instead contact the manufacturer directly. I did write, but I was skeptical if I would ever hear back. Wow! Was ever pleasantly surprised. They responded within one day. We corresponded several more times, they requested a short video to be able to assess the problem and within 10 days they had a brand new unit at my door! I can’t say enough good things about this product and the amazing customer service! This is truly is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Thank you UTK!!

Highly recommend this Red Light wrap for your painful joints
This awesome Red Light pad works great and helps with pain and inflammation. I really like the upgrade from the first one I bought years ago. I think it's reasonably priced and I highly recommend it.

This unit helps my lower back pain & Great customer service
I purchased this unit to replace a similar unit that finally died after many years. It works well. I like that it can be used with a portable power bank, as well as plugged in to a wall socket. It doesn't get quite as warm with the power bank, but is still effective. The cord that goes from the power bank to the unit came defective, the USB end fell apart with the first usage - which is why I only gave it 4 stars. BUT the customer service is great! They sent me a new cord at no cost and it is of a sturdier design. I also had a few other questions and Vivian on the support team has been knowledgeable and patient. All done through email, but I still felt well taken care of. Best Red Light Therapy pad on Amazon
I have been using this red light therapy pad for a year. I wrap it around my straight knee. It is extremely easy to use and comfortable. It is very sturdy. The heat level is excellent. I have compared this pad to other ones. It has many more lights and more functionality. I think it's the best one available on Amazon. Definitely excellent value for your money. Customer Service for this product is also excellent!! I highly recommend it.
