Maxxis Ardent Race - 3C MaxxSpeed - Mountain Bike Tire - 26", 27.5", 29" - Tubeless Ready MTB Tire

The Ardent Race 3c on the rear feels great in terms of grip and traction. Leaning over with the feeling like it is going to slide out, it doesn't. The raised and offset corner knobs you can definitely feel them digging when you lean.Traction on climbs before, comparing to the Fast Trak, sometimes I would out power the tire in spin once or twice. Today the tire out powered my legs and would constantly lift the front in steep climbs. It does feel a little heavier than the Specialized Fast Trak, but if you also want traction while leaning in soft or maybe loose corners it digs. The Spesh would slide a bit. I was contemplating trying the Ground Control on the rear, but tried this out. Right now im very happy.I will update this review after a few more rides in different conditions. Its clearly not a mud tire.

These tires are pretty good. A bit more grip than the Ikon. Typical excellent Maxxis quality. Seal very well as a tubeless tire and lose very little air.

The tire is not a factory packaged never opened product. Zip tied together with multiple ties.There are visible areas where a marker was used to attempt to cover blems in the sidewall. I'm not to too uptight about issues such as this, however it's worth noting that as a purchasing customer of Amazon, as we all are, we should be better informed about product quality. Especially if this tire heaves !!!!!

Fast rolling, with good grip. Fairly light.Predictable. Great quality.

I live in the northeast, most of my riding is technical with lots of rocks and roots, this tire just wasn't aggressive enough. It is a good hard pack tire, but just won't hook up on rocks and roots. After riding it for less than 2 weeks I put a rock through the sidewall.

Very well made tire. Works very well in desert loose sand and gravel.

great for loose over hard, I am cornering faster since I am using this tire, in fact, I ordered the regular Maxxis Ardent for the front after testing this one on the rear.

No se si esto tenga garantía pero no duro nada se desgarro entre la base y el lateral de la llanta pareciera que venia muy débil

È arrivato e sembra usato o comunque sporco. Non è di sicuro nella sua confezione originale e piegato con la fascia bianca da pacchi.Non so forse smontata da una bici..Quando compro una cosa con scritto nuova per me deve essere nuova perfetta e non in questè condizioni. Non comprate.

Lo que esperaba de ellas, buen equilibrio entre agarre en curvas y rodadura. Es algo intermedio entre la ardent y la ikon. Quizás un poco caras

El producto no es todo lo que pone, no es EXO Protección pero todo lo de más si. En la foto y descripción lo es y la cubierta al recibirla me veo que no lo es a de mas de que no va con su respectivo cartón de MAXXIS, solo traía una brida para su pliego y la cubierta manchada de de un polvo blanco. La probé y me parece que es una copia china de muy mala calidad ya que me dio muy malas sensaciones de control. Tengo otra bici con la misma cubierta instalada y no tiene nada que ver con mucha diferencia, esta ultima la voy a devolver ya que pague 46€ y me parece un engaño
