Love the Cole Jaws
I find the cole jaws very useful for removing the tenon and adding any extra design elements on the bottom of bowls. Keep the speed low as stated in the directions and your tools sharp and it will stay in place.

Just what I needed!
YES! This set is just what I needed to finish the backs of my large bowls. I'm primarily using these jaws to replace my Longworth chuch, which I have been less than thrilled with. The jaws and extensions are pretty self-explanatory. The two fit together virtually seamlessly, and they're rock solid. No issues there. The construction quality is very good (as with all Nova's products), and all the holes are perfectly aligned, slightly countersinked, and well tapped. The star of this kit, in my opinion, is the improved grippers. The grippers are kind of an hourglass shape, and the parts that grip the outside of the bowl have two different radii: one is shaped for a 6" bowl, and one is shaped for a 10" bowl. They may be used on bowls of other sizes, but anything close to 6 or 10 inches will give the best, most secure contact. The kit also includes the standard cylindrical grippers, two sets, both tall and short. My one complaint is that the surface of the jaw plates is quite rough. Finishing the back of my first bowl, this abraded the rim of the bowl and left black marks. I solved this problem by wrapping the mouth of the next bowl in a paper towel, and then chucking it. That was sufficient to protect the finish on the rim.

Does not mount solid enough
I like the idea and it went together quickly. I did not like the small screws that mount it to the chuck. Even with the screws tight it flexed. It worked and nothing broke but I don't trust it for anything heavy. I purchased it to turn the base and top of some Christmas carousels I am making. It did what I wanted and there were no problems but I did go out and purchase some hardened mounting screws which gave me a sense of control. I has a max RPM of 600 so I think the designer intended it be used for sanding and finishing work. In that application, I think it is fine.

Works with Super Nova but not all nova chucks
The description implies it will work with all nova chucks. I started out bolting the chucks to my Nova G3 only to find that my chuck key is too short and does not clear them to be able to open and close the chuck. I then mounted them to my older Nova Super chuck. With the chuck mostly closed this works OK but if you open the chucks too far they also get in the way of the key chuck. I was able to get a bowl mounted and they held the piece very securely. Overall I would recommend these but suggest you only use them on newer Super chucks.

worked as expected
I have only used them one time so far and it did what I wanted and worked good, only problem was the pre drilled screw holes would not allow the screws to recess into them properly once I located the right size drill bit just had give them a little clean up and they seated just fine, that's why I gave 4 stars.

Poor casting. Screws don't fit in holes.
This is the first Nova Teknatool product I have purchased that is not usable out of the box.The jaw extenders required filing and sanding to fit the jaws. That was slightly annoying but only took a few minutes to remedy. However, the holes for the screws that attach the jaws to the chuck are so rough that the screws do not fit into the holes. Before I can use the jaws I will have to bore out the holes.I would return them but the seller has no more stock at this time to replace them with. I bought them because I need them to finish an order so I will have to fix them myself.
