Worked perfectly for our needs. Strong but slightly flexible, great product.

This is clearly designed for the US market but can easily be adapted to suit. Perfect for frame TVs that need to sit flush to the wall. Tad pricey but if you want the seem less look then its a must have. Well made but could do with being enclosed to prevent draughts from the cavity

The quality of the box is fine. The power socket knock-outs are not compatible with UK sockets, but this is not a big deal. The biggest issue I found, is that the box is too deep to fit in my stud wall. My house was built in 1988 and as far as I know is of standard construction for the UK. In order to get the box to fit, I had to cut the back off. If you want to fit this box into a standard UK stud wall, be aware it will most likely not fit without significant modification.

Looks like my order hasn’t come with the retrofit plasterboard clips, has anyone else had this issue? Might need to send back if these aren’t available?

The box itself is well-designed, sturdy, and does an awesome job hiding network gear and power behind a wall or TV. The Wi-Fi transparent plastic is a great touch, and the trim ring gives it a very clean, finished look. My only real critique is that it should include clear installation instructions or a cutout template in the box. While you can figure it out or look up guides online, having proper step-by-step instructions included would make the install process much faster and foolproof. Otherwise, great piece of hardware
