Todavía no me las he puesto pero trate una y son súper sólo tienes que tener limpia de grasa o sudor donde vas usar las bandas ok

This product needs to be sweat and oil resistant for it to stick to the skin..rubbing alcohol on the skin surface before applying and after a few minutes the skin resumes it normal routine of producing oils, or sweat.

I'm pleased with this product. I would have given 5 star review if each package had not been missing four bands. It's advertised as having 8 band's with the tape's in every package. It did not.

Lot's of band options for ease of fit. Tapes wouldn't stay attached to clean dry skin even after using alcohol several tries.
