I've had major surgery in my C1/C2 (tumor removal) and the lingering effects are fairly strong muscle spasms in the neck area. I have also torn my lumbar muscles on occasion because I'm physically in my 50's but mentally in my 30's. 🙄 All of that made for sleepless nights & OTC sleep aides.Methocarbamol has been my go-to for a few years & I wanted a natural alternative, plus I wanted off the sleep aides. Reviews pointed to this product & it has really worked! It does exactly as it claims based dosage rate, and it also serves as my sleep aid. I'm not a complete holistic believer & research a TON before trying something. This one is good, because I've also noticed a definitive calming feel throughout the day. Not groggy, not spacey, just relaxed & less apt to get amped up over the little stuff. 👍

I’ve been buying this supplement for a couple years now. It’s a little costly but….you can’t put a priceon sleep. I take one at night. Right around 9:00 when I crawl in bed to read. It does not put me to sleepbut, it relaxes me. Sleep is a big…big challenge for me! If you can’t relax you can’t sleep. Hence the reasonI purchase.

I've been using these for many years and they never fail to help release my back pain/spasms without me having to visit a doctor or chiropractor. As a bonus they are also helpful for calming and better sleep.

After taking for about a week my nightly leg cramps were almost completely gone. However the reason for only 4 stars is the price. You can find the same ingredients in much cheaper products that work just as well if you do a little digging around.

I have random spasms in my legs and I have meds for that but if the spasms late during the make me sleep into the day. Taking a couple of these help stop the spasms but doesn’t make me do sleepy

I've been using this herbal relaxant for 15 years, now, and it really works! That's why I keep using it. I only take it as needed, not everyday.

They have a strong unpleasant smell when opening the bottle. Not sure yet how well they work. I'll update at a later date.
