Terrific edition

Requires a magnifying glass
Typeface is absurdly small. I’m not sure how they can offer this for sale seriously.

Poor quality
Positive comments: The package arrived very quickly and the outside cover of the copy was good quality.Negative comments: As far as the copy itself goes, I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The font size is very small and this edition not easy to read. The chapters just follow on from each other and do not start on a new page. Altogether disappointing. It feels very cheap and i would have been prepared to pay more for a nicer edition, not just a computer-generated print-out.

Extremely small print
The book is printed in tiny letters which makes the words difficult to read. Even trying to read it would cause a headache. It would be helpful and it is important to write in description of product being sold online when letters are extraordinarily small.

Poor quality edition
Really poor print copy. No page numbers, bad typesetting. Just a cheap printing of a public domain book

Why You haven’t read this yet!!!!
This is a must read!I have a love for Voltaire’s Candide that I wish so many people would discover, however reading a French novel may not be an option for everyone. Although this is recommended for beginner’ French comprehensive; I have found this to be a slightly read difficult for junior high French immersion.Voltaire, let’s not forget is 18th century Parisian French, so for a Canadian French Immersion Student it reads like Shakespearean English/ Latin!I recommend if reading it with/as a student to also purchase the English translation as a reference guide. (Or if you are an English speaking parent to a French Immersion student, you could read the English version along as you child reads the French and then you are able to ask your child comprehension questions and actually know what you are talking about!!!! French Imm. Parents know what I’m talking about!)This is the Perfect book for a young(junior/high school) reader. Its a captivating tale of a young man’s journey full of adventure that keeps your interest throughout the entirety of the story. Yet the novel is not overwhelmingly long!Voltaire wrote the perfect story for a young reader!A true classic!I also recommend reading his other stories such as ‘Zadig’and another one I found interesting and before his time is ‘Micomegas’Enjoy

Two Stars
Massmarket edition feels cheap, chapters don't start on new pages, and overall is quite low quality.
