Do the individual boxes have perforated centres for easy access?

This is just six normal boxes of tissues shrink wrapped to keep them together, they do have perforate, fairly large areas that come away in order to gain access to the hankies. Ihope that is what you wanted to know.

I've just measured one in current use: 11.5 cm front width x 10.2 cm side width x 12.4 cm high. Measuring others, they differ in one or two dimensions by up to 0.1cm.

Not 3 ply, but very soft and strong. Not a king size tissue. Hope this helps
