will a 24B such High Timber AL Red fit a boy 5'8" tap

On the model with the 24-in wheel what is the height of the seat in its lowest position?

My bike has 27-1/2" wheels. With the bike vertical, the height from the ground to the top of the center of the frame where the seat post enters is 28". If the 24" wheels are on the same frame, then the height would be about 26-1/4".
