Works great for my application
I'm working with a relatively small and compact micro ATX tower case, a Silverstone TJ08E that I got from Amazon.http://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Tek-Micro-ATX-Mini-DTX-TJ08B-E/dp/B005DDCDH2I specifically chose this PSU for its compact size, it's about ~10mm shorter than the other I've look at, this really helps with cable routing because the PSU is mounted up top in the above Silverstone case and you only have so much room between the PSU and the back of the optical drive. Being fully modular really helps also, I plugged in only the cables I needed. This unit powers a Gigabyte micro ATX AMD motherboard, AMD Phenom II X4 Black Edition CPU, Corsair H80i CPU cooler, MSI Power Edition Geforce GTX 660Ti videocard, 1 WD Black 1TB HDD and 1 Kingston SSD NOW 300V 240GB SSD and a generic DVD burner. This PSU is pretty quiet but it's not one of them "quiet" PSUs where the fan is off until it's needed, the fan runs all of the time at low speed until it really needs cooling, then it ramps up.It powers the parts listed above without any hiccups or glitches, the compact size and being fully modular is a big bonus, I recommend it.

Excellent power supply
Excellent power supply. I had it imported to India and is working great. It is very quiet. The only complain is that it has three four minute paint chipped dots and scratches which are not visible. This power supplies small size and 140mm dept makes it an excellent choice as a replacement for branded computers that come fitted with conventional ordinary power supplies from the factories that are not good. This power supply is also fully modular which is also a plus point as a replacement for branded computers as their cases are also generally small. You only need to connect the required cables the rest you can store them in your cupboard or a safe place. The cables are also sleeved. It has good protection features. It has a 120mm fan to keep the computer cool. It is an excellent quality product.

Silent, Compact, Full Modular
Works great in the SUGO SG10 case, one thing I noticed that whenever I turn the computer off. The PSU will suddenly display a noise; sounds like a powering up noise before it shuts down. Not sure if this is normal for this PSU, but all other units that I have owned never displayed this odd noise before shut down. However, so far so good.

silent and modular
Got it with the SilverStone PP05 Short Cable Set. It's pricey, but works great in the Fractal Design Node 304 case.Updating my review for no reason at all. Yay for silverstone. This PSU is based on a seasonic design if I remember correctly and still works fine after 7 years. But then again I have an antec that's 11+ years old and still works fine too. I'm probably going to go with seasonic sfx (or seasonic based silverstone sfx) because smaller is always better.

Decent PSU, short and fully modular, but loud fan and cheap cables.
I've had $50 PSU that come better cabled, are more silent, and have an overall better build and packaging. The PSU itself it O.K., not a Seasonic or Antec, but good enough that it won't explode on you (unless you're really unlucky)The problem I see is: Where did my money go? The box is cheap, the PSU body is cheap, the fan is rather loud (like a case fan on normal, so don't get if you're going for silence), and the cables are hard while the connectors are very fat and barely fit. I guess you really pay a premium for a "short" fully modular PSU, but you can also pay a bit more for a lot more.I recommend buying this if it's the only PSU that fits your system. Otherwise...

Avoid - much better and more reliable PSUs out there.
My ST55F-G failed a few months after use. Due to the pressing need to get back up and running, I mistakenly bought another SilverStone PSU (SX600-G) - which also recently failed a couple months after warranty. Of the three SilverStone PSUs I've owned, 2 have failed. Meanwhile, my Antec, Seasonic, and Corsair PSUs have been chugging along. All my PSUs are used behind UPS with little chance of damage from dirty power or surges.I contacted Silverstone to see if they would do anything for a few months out of warranty; literally ignored my email - asked what my purchase dates were, and promptly told me I was out of warranty. This is the attention-to-detail that makes SilverStone so wonderful. There are so many more choices now - avoid Silverstone.

Great, esp. if you want to use shorter cables with it in a small case build.
I bought this PSU specifically because you can also get a shorter modular cable set that it's compatible with, for a build in a mini ITX case. It's quiet and works well so far. I don't need flashy LEDs and all that what-not, just a PSU that delivers good power and that I can use shorter cables with. This fits the bill.

Excellent space saving PSU
I have had this in my micro-atx tower for about two months now and I love it! The compact size made is insanely easy to install, the full cable management means that if I needed to I could get custom length cables created and never have to worry about cutting cables attached to the PSU. The cables were flexible and good quality, would highly recommend!
