Awesome for beginners and strictly not for a pro gymers. The build quality and the package of the product is superb to the core and it can withstand huge strectch as much as your pull

Not good i expect good but that is broken in few days
After some days use that wire is damaged not run a month normallly say near to good but i dont expect this is brake in a month

This is my first time buying a resistance band and it works great!The resistant bands are surprisingly please stretchy and durable You can get through a full body workout using these bands these are great. I do something with them almost every day and they're easy/simple and inexpensive and enjoyable! This is a great way to stay active and healthy. GReat for heavy resistance trainings, would recommend .

Actually of good quality
This tube is too much awesome having 5-6lbs weight and it's too much good for streching.. Love to use on it
