Is it made from plastic, because I see most plastic products are in this color?

No, it is made from solid brass. Most of materials such as stainless steel, brass and ABS (plastic) can be electroplated in chrome finish. It will be a very arbitrary judgement by distinguishing material based on its color.

How do I know if it could fit in my bathroom?

Almost all bathroom hardwares' connection threads are manufactured in G1/2 universal size. The only difference is the depth, our product is compatible with most of the items based on our experience and customer reviews.

This is an ideal fix to giving your shower head many possible adjustments!

I purchased a new shower head a few months ago and the spray angle was minimal. I searched and found this adjustable shower head extension and it was perfect. It allows you to get your shower head closer to you but also angled down better. The fit was as it claims 100% standard, and did not change the water flow or pressure. Only one minor con: I would caution everyone not to pull down or put any weight on it. Also use two hands when adjusting the arm and shower head. You'll see what I mean when you install the extension. The five inch length is just right.

Easy to install, high quality product

The shower arm is made of brass with sturdy construction that feels durable. The threads were clean and precise - I had no issues during installation. As a bonus, they included plumber's tape, which was a nice surprise. So far, no leaks and the finish looks great.

Perfect length

My condo was built in the 60's and the shower head is only 5ft 8 inches from the shower floor, which makes showering difficult without bending down. Good quality, sturdy, gave me the extra couple of inches I needed!

Works great. Easy to install and very helpful. Easy to adjust and secure joints. Remember to use the Teflon tape for better sealing. Don’t over tighten or you compress and degrade the washers.
