Installed on a old ryobi cs26 weed eater. I bought this kit because it came with the correct gaskets for both sides and a bunch of other stuff that is good to keep on hand, didn’t use other parts due to replacing those parts last year. Slapped it together, primed it up, two pulls and it was running. With a slight tune on carb it was running like a champ. I know it’s not the exact as the original but works good and for the price is a deal.

Couldn't have been easier, starting my older ryobi trimmer was a pain, and keeping it running was hard after it was warmed up, had to run It with half choke, it would bog down and stall, then wouldn't start. Ordered this carb kit, emptied out the gas, bolted it on, changed the plug out, and had very little adjusting to do. Tip: cut the tip of the fuel line at an angle to help feed it through the fuel tank, and a pair of needle nose pliers to pull it through.

Easy install and blower works like new.

This was the closest motor that I could find that fit my old weed-eater. No issues with install and it worked after seven pulls. good price as well.

Took less than 15 minutes to change out carb on my Ryobi power head. Came with a driver to adjust the high and low speed needle valves. Would highly recommend.

Ryobi Motor runs okay but won't develop enough high revs RPMs?

I have a Ryobi expand-it weed eater, its a good 10-12 years old. Started running bad and wouldn't start. I purchased this kit. Took about 20 minutes to install. Weed eater fired right up, adjusted the idle screw and I was off and running. Make sure you look at the gaskets and use them in the correct areas. One gasket has a small hole at the top of it, match each gasket to the correct size, bolt on, adjust and go......
