A fantastic PC that runs like butter
So, I've had this PC for about 4 days now, and I am blown away by the performance! I was hoping to have a gaming PC that would do OKAY at running some of the newer titles (I was especially interested in having a PC that could run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 at a decent graphics setting). But this particular PC went WAY above my expectations. It has run every single game I have tried with it at MAX graphics settings with absolutely no issues whatsoever. So far I've run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Forza Horizon 5, Fortnite, Subnautica, Minecraft, Farming Simulator 2020, Lawn Mowing Simulator, and Train Sim World 2. All of them are running like butter at at LEAST 60 FPS, up to 160 FPS at max settings. Here I was hoping to have something that would at least do a half-way decent job with modern titles, and I was blown away by how it just completely DOMINATES with max graphics! Get this PC. It's worth the price!

This is about service
The computer arrived quickly. It, unfortunately, didn't work, apparently a network card issue and therefore no Windows 11 installation. I returned the machine within 5 days and received a complete refund within one week. Thanks for the quick service.

Wi-Fi is EXTREMELY Unreliable, Had to Buy 3rd Party Network Card to Fix
I have to give this PC credit on everything it does right. It's fast, powerful, and the design is reminiscent of the OG Xbox, which I appreciate. It has a wide variety of ports and it offers a lot of potential for physical customization, albeit at the cost of your warranty. That being said, the network card is completely garbage. This didn't impact me too much since I was intending on running it entirely off of an Ethernet connection. 10 months after purchase (and after the default 9-month warranty expired), I purchased a 3rd party TP-Link PCIE network card off of Amazon. Upon installation, it immediately fixed my Wi-Fi instability. I've been seeing people lose their minds over this computer's inability to maintain a stable wireless internet connection, so I wanted to throw this out there. Please note that if you swap out the hard drive, SSD, or any other components, YOUR WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID. It's a shame that to make this product operable on a basis that can be expected of literally any computer on the market, you have to take actions that void your warranty. Buyer beware.

Great Price For What You Get
This is a great PC for the price. While not one to give you Ultra Settings on MSFS 2020, it does very well. The power supply is just enough but not more. The PC has a small footprint and is very light weight. There are 2 RAM slots, and there is room to add another SATA SSD HD if you wanted to. It runs very quiet, BUT during intense gaming, the GPU runs hot. I routinely show 79 to 82 degrees and the case feels warm. I removed the side panel and shoot another small desk fan through it and I haven't had any problems. The issue is the 3060 card sits literally 1 inch away from the power unit and the card's fans blow onto the power supply, so air flow could definitely be better.Typical HP proprietary parts, but the I use it for several hours each day and so far I have no other complaints. One thing to note is that there is a separate jack for a microphone and headphones, so you do NOT need a combo jack.Considering the price of an RTX 3060 by itself, this is a good PC for the price. I bought the 16G RAM model.

Good computer be sure to update drivers.
This computer runs perfectly as long as you update your drivers. If you're having trouble with internet disconnecting, Apply and install the network adapter driver from microsoft not realtek from device manager. And be sure to update all your other drivers as well on hp's website.Other than that, the graphics are amazing. Memory's good for developing things like game art. Perfect computer! And cheap for what you get.

Pure support service
Since I bought a desktop PC I noticed that it has some issue with Wi-Fi connection. I was able to connect the PC to my home Wi-Fi network but the PC often lost connection. Even more, when it happened a Wi-Fi settings section was no list in the computer setting or it couldn't find any Wi-Fi network at all (even my Wi-Fi extender which I had to buy as I thought that the issue caused by pure Wi-Fi signal). The seller support did almost nothing to help me with the issue/ The only thing they suggested it's update drivers. I spent more than 2 hours on a line with HP support team and they were not able to fix the issue. I hate seller like this - they want your more and do nothing to solve any problems with a product.

Very limited
I had the computer for about 2 months, work good, but I tried to install extra internal hard drive and the computer crashed. tried to add external hard drive and you either used the front USB conectors or the back but on ly two at a time. I call customer service and after working for about and hour they advice me that the power supply was not ment to handle that amount of power and then after another hour they suggested to get a another service plan fix the problem because it was the hard drives that are creating the problem, but they will need to do more test and with that extra service they where going to be able to help. If not there was nothing more to do.
