I would say no…comes as a set. Just search wide legged black lounge pants.

I am typically a small or medium in bottoms waist size between 27/28 I am going back and forth between m/l..will large be too big for a 5’9’ slim 145?

I am 5'1" and @ 112 I purchased the small, it is big on me. The pants are quite big, I roll them a couple times.

Will it be shrink after washing?

They probably will shrink if you put them in dryer on medium or high. I wash mine on cold & put them in the dryer on low.
