We love it! On the kitchen counter atm and will move to fridge in summer heat. We’re all drinking far more water than we were so only a good thing. More than saved money on plastic use and purchase for the teens. We already live w soft water so not a massive change there but we do love the reduced toxins present in tap water and whilst it felt more of an investment than the standard jug, it’s FAR easier to use. No massive filter falling out the lid etc. holds a lot of water and can be filled and used immediately. Looks neat, 3 weeks in we’re happy w quality. Have ordered a set of 3 replacement filters on subscribe and save and they come in at £5 a month.Rookie error lifting the lid to refill whilst resting hand on the button. Not a mistake that happens more than once per person 🤪

Good quality filter, pocket friendly, trendy and modern to match your kitchen ! However the filter needs changing too soon

Great product overall, I've had it for a year now with no problems. Leaves no taste in the water, great battery life and fits in the fridge door nicely.- The filter automatically stops after 1 litre is dispensed. So I often put a 1L jug and let it run without fear of it overflowing (It might take about 1 minute to full a 1 litre jug)- After changing the filter I run 6 litres or so through it to wash away any taste form the new filter.Would highly recommend.

Worst Experience with Philips Water FilterI’m extremely disappointed with my experience with the Philips water filter I purchased just four months ago. The product stopped working far too soon, and I had to send it in for service two months back. Since then, I haven’t received a single update about the product or the repair status.I’ve emailed multiple times and called customer support repeatedly, but no one has responded or provided any clear information. The lack of communication and responsibility from Philips is very frustrating. I never expected such poor service from a reputed brand.Right now, I’m left without the product I paid for and without any idea if or when it will be returned. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This is an updateI actually checked my tap water with a TDS meter , the tap is around 300 and the fiktefed water is around 285Which is not really helping ....To be honest its not the best and not the worst I suppose but the taste was different on the first day and gradually changing . Given the price tag I don't know if it's worth it. The filters are not cheap.3 literally may not be enough so you have to full it up quite often and the there is a handle but you can't hold it from the handle when the lid is open to fill it up with water,clearly a design fault.Certainly better then normal tao water.Still trying it

The Philips Instant Water Filter is genius. I think it is meant for a fridge door, but it has solved a problem I was having perfectly. I have a Games Room and use a Breville One Cup for hot drinks. But the water reservoir on the Breville empties really quickly. I need to use filtered water because the water in my part of the country is harder than coffin nails. The Philips solves the problem beautifully, giving me a big water reservoir and! filtered water. The fact that it is powered is great, as you don't need to position it hanging off the edge of a table. The carry handle is comfortable to use and the battery charge lasts about 7 refills to 'low battery' and 10 refills to 'empty battery'. The water droplet symbol on the touch-sensitive switch changes from blue to purple for low battery and red for recharge required. It takes about three hours to recharge from a 1 amp usb socket. The only thing I dislike is the fact that the switch icon is hard to see, being white on a silver background, but that is a terrible nit-pick on an otherwise brilliant device. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use and fits in your fridge door ,easy fill flip top lid i use mt kettle !,keeps nice and cold and easy to clean ! and a good taste no more chlorine,and at 300lt per filter works out at 7pence a ltr so cost effctive £20 so 3ltr tank thats a 100 refills so very Eco and the fact i save 60p on a bottle of water i save loads by ditching plastic water even on the cheapest make !.and the fact i dont have so much plastic waste at the end of the week makes this bit of kit a must have !for your home ! ,brilliant thank you Philips Excellent at a great price .

Soft water and wonderfully sweet taste.

I have used it for more than one year and it works perfectly. The important thing I noticed is that keeping it inside the fridge will keep it more clean and it will require very less cleaning. I used to clean it when I replace filter only. If you keep it outside in the kitchen with room temperature then it will require more cleaning to avoid fungus, just keep it inside the fridge. The water test much better when we started using this filter. Sometime I use power bank to charge it while keeping it inside the fridge :)

Very good

This was a purchase we pondered for over a year and finally chose this as our solution to have liters of purified water at a low cost. Our first water glass tasted different to me but great to my husband. We gave it a few weeks and decided to keep it. We've been using it for 4 months and bought new filters packs twice. We like the water and the caraffe and highly recommend it. The water in our area does not taste great and the filters make it so much better. We've been saving and most of all have not produced a ton of plastic waste. Go head and purchase it with confidence.
