I had been looking for a suana suit mainly for the top portion. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. It fits pretty snug but not tight which is good im about 5'11 and 200lbs and went with a xl. I wore a light jacket over this expecting to be drenched in sweat after my workout, that wasn't the case. I did get a good sweat going but I also got the same results from a trash bag I cut up. I get better result from the traditional bulky suana suits which I will end up purchasing after all because this didn't provide the desired results.

Maybe snug is the point to this. I ordered XL because it’s my comfort size. This fits like it’s between large and medium. It’s pretty tight.Definitely no room to breathe. I definitely should’ve done 2xLOnline clothes, always order a size up

I wear to work everyday and exercise with it. It fits just right and extremely very comfortable. It's worth the price. The quality is exceptional. I'm gonna buy another very soon

I'm a big person, and I thought I would need a size 6xl because people said to go a size up because it ran tight... Yeah, so after a couple returns later I found I'm a 3xl in this sauna shirt... And it's not even that tight around the waist when sitting down. 🤷 I wanted a bit more compression there, but my shoulders wouldn't fit if I went down another size. It should work out for me just fine though.
