Story seems to be out of synch chronologically but a fast moving plot for all that

Another super book from L J Ross my wife and I have the full set of Ryan books and will buy them as long as she writes them.

I had read this book on line ,enjoyed it so much that I bought it for friends Christmas present

I’ve fallen a bit behind with this series but it’s so easy to pick back up again.Ryan has a visitor at his house and is not prepared for the case he’s about to get drawn into.Samantha has run away from her circus family as she’s had a flashback and knows her mother was murdered in front of her when she was a toddler.Frank and Mackenzie take her under their wing but remembering what happened to her mum is proving difficult for Samantha.Yates and Lowerson are investigating some suspicious deaths in the area, and the body count is rising.Ryan and Phillips interview those at the circus and know that one of them is hiding in plain sight as the murderer.This is another gripping crime thriller from LJ Ross that I really enjoyed.
